Q: I don’t have dental insurance. Is care still affordable? A: Absolutely. We believe quality care shouldn’t depend on insurance status. We offer the Parr Excellence Membership Plan; a private savings plan designed for our patients without insurance. It covers your cleanings and exams and offers significant discounts on other treatments, often costing less than traditional insurance premiums.
Q: Do you accept Medicaid? A: We do not participate in Medicaid programs at this time. However, our Parr Excellence Membership Plan is a great alternative for individuals and families looking for predictable, affordable dental costs.
Q: Do you see children? A: Yes! We are a family practice (literally—we are a father-son team!) and we love seeing children. We generally recommend a child’s first “happy visit” around age 3, unless you spot a concern earlier. We make it convenient to schedule the whole family’s appointments on the same day to save you trips.
Q: I’m extremely anxious about the dentist. Can you help? A: We understand. Many of our patients hadn’t seen a dentist in years before finding us. Our office is known for a judgment-free, low-stress environment. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help you relax, and Dr. Parr is known for his gentle touch and conservative approach—we never pressure you into treatments you don’t need.
Q: Where are you located? A: We are conveniently located in Midtown Omaha right off I-80 at Grover Street, making us an easy drive from Downtown, UNO, UNMC, and Aksarben Village.
